data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Normalmente alla nascita o nei primi mesi di vita l\u2019apparato lacrimale si canalizza spontaneamente per effetto del riassorbimento di una membrana interna (valvola di Hasner) presente nella sua ultima parte (dotto naso-lacrimale).<\/p><p>Nei casi di mancata canalizzazione il bambino presenta lacrimazione eccessiva e secrezione muco-purulenta che fuoriesce dai puntini lacrimali.<\/p><p>In queste situazioni \u00e8 opportuno intervenire con il sondaggio delle vie lacrimali, da programmarsi entro i primi 12 mesi di vita, che consente spesso la perforazione meccanica della membrana interna e il normale drenaggio delle vie di deflusso delle lacrime.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8fab2d e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"b8fab2d\"
